摘　　要：文章从我国知识产权制度取得的成就入手,指出在成就背后存在着不可忽视的问题,并有针对性地提出对我国知识产权发展的思考。Start with the achievements of intellectual property right system in China, this article points out that behind the a- chievements there exists some problems which cannot be ignored, and puts forward the thoughts on the development of intellectual property right in China.
