摘　　要：文章通过对电子资源的内涵和特点的分析,从各个绩效评价指标深入阐述大学图书馆电子资源绩效评价,以浙江传媒学院图书馆电子资源使用为例,构建电子资源绩效评价实施策略准则,提出实施策略应注意的问题。Through an analysis of the connotation and characteristics of electronic resources, the paper expounds the perform- ance evaluation of university library electronic resources in depth from each performance evaluation index. Taking the utilization of library electronic resources in Zhejiang Institute of Media for example, the paper constructs the implementation strategy principles of the electronic resources performance evaluation, and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the strategies.
