摘  要:通过分析国内外发展现状,提出固体绝缘材料沿面闪络现象是一种发生在高电场下的复杂界面(电极与材料的交界面)和表面(材料的表面)的物理现象。分析闪络过程中需综合考虑绝缘材料的介电常数、电阻率、二次电子发射特性、表面陷阱分布等影响因素,进而提出表征和改善真空中沿面闪络特性的综合评价体系,最终达到有效调控固体绝缘材料沿面闪络的目的。Through analyzing the domestic and foreign status of development, the surface flashover phenomenon of solid insulating material is considered to be a physical phenomenon occurred in high electric field between complex interfaces (the interface between electrode and material) and surface (the surface of the material). Several affecting factors in the duration of flashover are also analyzed such as the dielectric constant, resistivity, secondary electron emission characteristic and surface trap distribution of the insulating materials. Then, a comprehensive evaluation system attributing and promoting the surface flashover characteristic in vacuum is put for-ward. Finally, the purpose of adjusting the surface flashover of the solid insulating material is achieved.
