摘  要:将异戊二烯作为单体引入到低温乳液聚合过程中,制得丙烯腈-异戊二烯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚物。考察了不同单体配比、引发剂及调节剂用量对三元乳聚橡胶聚合反应的影响,结果表明,聚合反应速率随着异戊二烯与丙烯酸丁酯单体比例的增大而降低,随着引发剂用量的增加而提高;调节剂硫醇对聚合物相对分子质量的调节较为明显,随着其用量的增加,聚合物的生胶凝胶量减少,相对分子质量减小并且相对分子质量分布变窄。Isoprene(2-methyl-1,3-butadiene) was added to the polymerization system as monomer. The effects of initiator, relative molecular mass regulator, monomer ratio on emulsion polymerization were investigated. The results showed that the polymerization rate was increased considerably by in- creasing the amount of initiator. The polymerization rate was increased by increasing the ratio of iso- prene/butylacrylate. The results also showed that TDM had obvious effect on the relative molecular mass of the polymers and the gel content of raw rubber was decreased by increasing the amount of TDM. The relative molecular mass distribution was become more narrow by increasing the amount of TDM and the relative molecular mass was decreased.
