摘　　要：以河北德胜农林科技有限公司为例,说明中小农林企业如何利用商业模式画布和SWOT分析法来创新商业模式。首先利用商业模式画布描述其现有的商业模式并对现有商业模式重点构块进行自我拷问、分析,确定其商业模式创新的方向,然后运用SWOT分析法对其内部资源的优势、劣势和外部环境的机会、威胁加以综合分析,为其创新商业模式提供一定的依据,最后设计出新的商业模式。This article explained small and medium-sized agro-forestry enterprises how to innovative their business models with the methods of business model canvas and SWOT. This paper described the existing business model and analyzed the key building blocks by self-torture with business model canvas to determine the innovation direction of business model firstly, then used the SWOT to analyse advantage, disadvantage of its internal resources, opportunities and threats of external environment to provide basis for its innovation of business model, lastly, designed a new business model.
