摘　　要：社会秩序的稳定是一个国家长治久安的重要标志,其中社会管理发挥着重要作用,而社会管理中司法方法是不可或缺,分析"压制型"、"管理型"和"中立型"三种司法模式的演变过程,把司法模式的演变规律和社会管理的机制结合起来,凸现司法手段在社会管理中地位和功能,有助于我们明确社会管理创新的前进方向,利于法治国家的建社和法治文明的塑造。The stability of social order is an important symbol of a country＇s lasting stability and peace and social management plays an important role. Judicial means of social management is a necessary part of all means and can be divided into pressing type, managing type and neutral type. Combining the evolving rules of the three types of judicial means and the mechanism of social management can highlight the role and function of judicial means in social management and help us know clearly the direction of social management innovation and establish a country and a culture with rule of law.
