摘　　要：肯定过失共同犯罪对于增强工作人员相互提醒、相互监督、相互协作、相互补台的责任意识有着重要的现实意义,对于预防和减少共同过失行为导致危害结果的发生有着重要价值。过失共同犯罪成立的有八个方面的现实依据。To affirm joint negligence offense is of practical value to enhance the consciousness of responsibility of the staff to reminding each other I mutual supervision I mutual cooperation and mutual assistance. In addition I it is of great significance for the prevention and reduction of the harmful results of joint negligence. The present writer analyzes from eight aspects the realistic basis of joint negligence offense.
