摘 要:为分析杆式射流的大炸高侵彻性能,根据杆式射流的设计方法,设计了3种典型药型罩的杆式射流方案进行静态侵彻试验.试验表明,在20倍装药直径的大炸高条件下,球缺罩无隔板装药结构由中心点起爆所形成的杆式射流,对45#钢靶侵彻深度达到了1.6倍装药直径,不同方案形成的杆式射流侵彻性能为:球缺罩最佳,截顶大锥角罩次之,球锥罩最差.证实了杆式射流在20倍装药直径炸高条件下仍具有良好的侵彻能力,研究可以为杆式射流战斗部的设计及应用提供参考.In order to analysis the penetrating performance of Jetting Penetrator Charge (JPC) at a large stand-off, according to the design method of JPC, three typical liner JPCs were designed and the static penetrating test was carried out. The test results show that, the penetration depth of the rod-like jet formed by the spherical segment liner without separator reached 1. 6 charge diameters (CD) at 20CD stand-off distance when the charge detonation mode is a central point initiation. And the penetration performance of JPC with spherical segment liner is the best, that of truncated wide angle liner takes second place, and that of spherical cone liner is the worst. It confirms the rod-like jet still has good penetration ability at 20CD and the researches can provide reference for design and application of JPC warhead.
