茶碱缓释片联合噻托溴铵干粉吸入在中重度缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究茶碱缓释片联合噻托溴铵干粉吸入对中重度缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床疗效。方法将本院58例中重度缓解期COPD患者随机分成两组,对照组口服茶碱缓释片,观察组口服茶碱缓释片联合噻托溴铵干粉吸入。对比两组治疗前后肺功能及症状体征改善情况。结果观察组肺功能测评及症状体征改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用茶碱缓释片联合噻托溴铵干粉吸入治疗中重度缓解期COPD,患者肺功能以及症状体征改善情况佳。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation in treatment of patients with remission stage of severe COPD. Methods Randomly selected 58 cases with remission stage of severe COPD and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given oral theophylline sustained-release tablets, the observation group was given oral theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation. Compared of the two groups of the pulmonary function and symptoms before and after treatment. Results The observation group pulmonary function evaluation and the improvement of symptoms and signs were significantly better than control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with tiotropium inhalation in the treatment of patients with remission stage of severe COPD improve the pulmonary function and symptoms and signs.
