关于配送中心重心法选址的研究

摘　　要：配送中心是现代物流系统重要组成部分 ,在规划设计配送中心时 ,合理的配送中心选址可以大大降低其运营成本 .本文对单一配送中心选址中常用的重心法进行了分析 ,认为重心法选址存在着错误 ,并分析了其中的原因 .Distributing center is an important part of modern logistics system. In the process of distributing center designing or planning, running expense could be reduced greatly by selecting appropriate address of distributing center. In this paper , analysis is applied to the barycentric method, which is used to select address of single distributing center. Conclusion is given out that this method isn't suitable for address selection. The reason is also discussed.
