针灸治疗老年膝骨关节炎研究概况

摘　　要：查阅2007-2011年针灸治疗老年膝骨关节炎文献,从毫针、电针、温针、腹针、针刀、综合治疗等方面,综述针灸治疗该病的临床研究概况。认为针灸治疗老年膝骨关节炎方法多样、疗效肯定,今后应着重于有效穴位筛选和治疗机理研究,统一诊断与疗效标准,为针灸治疗老年膝骨关节炎提供更为科学的理论依据。The thesis summarized the clinical treatments on aged osteoarthritis by use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, such as filiform needle acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, warm acupuncture, Abdominal acupuncture, needle-knife and integrated approach through consulting the literature from 2007 to 2011 about the treatment on osteoarthritis using acupuncture and moxibustion. The authors consider that the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is effective, and the methods are many and varied. We'd better pay more attention to the effective points screen and mechanism research, and the criterion of diagnosis and curative effect should be uniform, which can be a theoretical basis for the treatment on aged osteoarthritis.
