摘　　要：微山金源煤矿2308工作面具有冲击地压倾向性,通过煤层预注水,借助电磁辐射仪和钻屑法监测,采取钻孔卸压和爆破卸压等综合防冲措施,实现工作面安全顺利回采,并取得了良好经济和社会效益。situated jinyuan coal mine 2308 working face has the inclination of percussive ground pressure, through the coal seam water injec- tion, with the help of the electromagnetic radiation monitoring instrument and method of drilling cuttings, drilling pressure relief and blasting pressure relief and other comprehensive measures for prevention and implementation working face safe stoping, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
