摘  要:在N2气氛下,用热重分析法研究了半芳香聚酰胺的热降解行为和热降解动力学。并用经Jeziorny修正的Arami方程对其非等温结晶动力学进行了研究。结果表明:半芳香聚酰胺的热降解过程为一步反应,用Kissinger方法和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法求得半芳香聚酰胺的热分解活化能分别为258.37 kJ/mol和227.41 kJ/mol;在非等温条件下,半芳香聚酰胺结晶时可能以片晶形式生长,随着降温速率增大,转变成三维球晶生长。Thermal degradation behavior and kinetics of semi-aromatic polyamide were studied by thermogravi-metric analysis (TG)at different heating rates under N 2 atmosphere.And the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of semi-aromatic polyamide was investigated by the Avrami equations modified by Jeziorny.The results showed that the thermal degradation process of semi-aromatic polyamide was one step reaction in N 2 .The activation energy of the thermal degradation for semi-aromatic polyamide obtained by Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa were 258.37 kJ /mol and 227.41 kJ /mol,respectively.Under the non-isothermal condition,the semi-aromatic polyamide crystal might grow as lamella.With the cooling rate increasing,the crystallization form might transfer into three-dimensional spherulite.
