摘　　要：目的：观察舍曲林联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪治疗慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍的患者临床疗效和安全性。方法83例诊断为慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍（均为勃起功能障碍合并早泄）患者，年龄18-58岁，平均35岁。服用舍曲林50mg，每日1次；甲磺酸多沙唑嗪4mg，每日1次。12周为一疗程。比较治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI），阴道内射精潜伏时间（IELT）、国际勃起功能指数（IIEF）问卷评估治疗前后性功能变化。结果经过12周的治疗，勃起功能改善者68例，有效率81.9%；早泄改善者54例，有效率为65.1%；不良反应均为轻度或中度，未经处理即自行缓解。结论舍曲林联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪能安全、有效地改善慢性前列腺炎患者性功能，提高患者性生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sertraline combining with doxazosin mesylate in the treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis causing sexual dysfunction. Methods All 83 patients with chronic prostatitis causing sexual dysfunction（all manifested as erectile dysfunction associated with premature ejaculation）were administrated with Sertraline（50 mg/qd） and Doxazosin mesylate （4 mg/qd） for 12 weeks. The scores on Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index（NIH-CPSI）, the International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF） scores,intravaginal ejaculation latency and sexual impotence in patients before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed. Results After treatment for 12 weeks, 68 cases（81.9%） were improved in erectile function;54（65.1%） were improved in premature ejaculation;and 4（5.0%） had mild or moderate adverse drug reactions who were relieved without any treatment. Conclusion Sertraline in combination with doxazosin mesylate is safe and effective for improving the sexual function and the quality of sexual life in patients with chronic prostatitis.
