煤炭城市采煤塌陷地整治与城市发展的关系——以唐山市为例

摘　　要：研究目的:选择唐山市为例,探讨煤炭城市采煤塌陷地整治与城市发展的关系,为中国资源型城市损毁地整治提供借鉴。研究方法:综合分析法和案例分析法。研究结果:城市发展为塌陷地整治提供了内部动力和外在条件,促进了塌陷地整治;塌陷地整治继续推动了城市发展,并通过实体层、经济层和文化层表现出来;塌陷地整治与城市发展之间存在一定的相互作用的内在机制。研究结论:将塌陷地整治与城市发展紧密结合,解决了当前土地整治动力不足的问题,资源型城市应结合城市经济社会发展形势,科学确定塌陷地整治用途,因地制宜地开展塌陷地整治。The purpose of this paper is to take Tangshan City in Hebei Province as an example, investigate the relationships of subsided coal mining land consolidation and urban development, and provide reference to mining land consolidation for resource-based cities in China. Methods employed include comprehensive analysis and case analysis. The results indicate that urban development provides internal motivation and external conditions, and promotes subsided land consolidation; conversely, subsided land consolidation pushes forward urban development, and manifests itself through the physical layer, economic layer and cultural layer. There are a certain mutual promotion mechanisms between subsided land consolidation and urban development. It is concluded that the close connection of subsided land consolidation and urban development solves the current problem of land remediation underpowered. Combined with the situation of the urban economic and social development, resource-based cities in China should scientifically determine the purposes of subsided land consolidation, and carry out land consolidation based on local conditions.
