摘 要:目的探讨肺表面活性物质联合机械通气辅助治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月~2013年3月简阳市人民医院就诊的新生儿肺透明膜病患者132例,在常规综合治疗的基础上采用表面活性物质(珂立苏)联合机械通气辅助治疗,通过患儿临床症状改善情况和治疗前后血气分析参数、机械通气参数对比分析结果,判断该法的临床疗效。结果治疗后患儿的临床症状改善明显,生命体征平稳。治疗后2h、6h、12h的Pa02、Sa02、PaCO:、pH和治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(尸l〈0.05);治疗后2h、6h、12h的FiO:、PIP、PEEP’、RR和治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论肺表面活性物质联合机械通气辅助治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效显著,是治疗该类疾病的一种可靠方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the pulmonary surfactant combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease. Methods The 132 neonatal hyaline membrane disease patients were selected and treated from March 2011 to March 2013. Based on the conventional treatment,used of surface-active substances (Curosuff) combined with mechanical ventilation to treat. Through the improvement of clinical symptoms in sick children, the results of blood gas analysis parameters and mechanical ventilation parameters before and after treatment were analyzed to determine the clinical efficacy of this therapy. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the neonatal cases were improved significantly with stable signs,and the levels of PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2 and pH 2,6 and 12 hours after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P〈0.05). The levels of FiO2,PIP, PEEP and RR were reduced 2,6 and 12 hours after treatment compared with that before treatment,showing statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions Pulmonary surfactant combined with mechanical ventilation is effective in treatment of hyaline membrane disease.
