复方黄柏液联合红光照射治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄柏液联合红光照射治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法将64例慢性皮肤溃疡患者随机分为清创、换药、碘伏湿敷等常规治疗组(常规组)和复方黄柏液联合红光照射治疗(联合组)各32例,治疗60d后观察两组患者治疗效果及溃疡愈合时间。结果常规组15例痊愈、6例显效、5例好转、6例无效,联合组23例痊愈、5例显效、3例好转、1例无效,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组患者的疗效明显好于常规组。常规组15例痊愈患者中痊愈时间在10d以下的有2例,10~20d的有4例,21d^30d 6例,30d以上的有3例;联合组23例痊愈患者中痊愈时间在10d以下的有9例,10~20d的有8例,21d^30d 5例,30d以上的有1例;联合组和常规组患者的平均治疗痊愈时间分别为(12.6±5.7)d、(16.5±4.1)d。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组患者的痊愈时间明显较常规组短。结论复方黄柏液联合红光治疗慢性皮肤溃疡有效、安全。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Jinchuangkangjungao ointment combined with infrared radiation therapy on chronic skin ulcers. Methods The 64 patients with chronic skin ulcers were randomly divided into conventional group and combination group, each comprised 32 cases . The conventional group was treated with debridement, dressing, wet iodine and other conventional treatments,while the combination group were cured with Jinchuangkangjungao ointment plus infi＇ared radiation therapy . The effect and ulcer healing time were observed 60 days after treatment. Results In conventional group, 15 were cured, 6 patients showed excellent effectiveness,5 cases were alleviated, 6 were invalid; while in the combination group, 23 cases were cured, 5 patients showed excellent effectiveness, 3 cases were alleviated, 1 invalid. The efficacy of combination group was significantly better than the convention group, showing significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05.The average healing time of combined group and the conventional treatment group were（ 12.6 ＋ 5.7） days and （16.5 _＋ 4.1 ） days,respectively,the healing time of combined group was distinctly shorter than the conventional group, showing statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinchuangkangjungao ointment combined with infrared radiation therapy is effective for treatment of chronic skin ulcers.
