摘 要:以85个籼稻广陆矮4号为受体亲本、粳稻日本晴为供体亲本的染色体单片段代换系为材料,通过单因素方差分析和Dunnett’s多重比较,分析单片段代换系与受体亲本之间结实率(SSR)的差异,从而对代换片段上的结实率相关QTLs进行定位。结果表明:以P≤0.001为阈值,共检测到9个结实率QTLs,分布于水稻12条染色体中的7条染色体上,除第1、3染色体上检测到2个结实率QTLs之外,其余每条染色体上各有1个结实率QTLs;在2个环境下均检测到的QTLs有5个,另外4个只在一个环境下检测到;其加性效应值的变化范围为-7.47^-24.72,加性效应百分率的变化范围为-7.98%^-25.67%,这些QTLs的加性效应均表现为负值,说明来源于日本晴的位点对水稻结实率均有减效作用。ABSTRACT.. In this study, a set of 85 chromosome single substitution lines (CSSSLs) with Nipponbare as donor and Guangluai 4 as receptor was used for QTLs identification. One-way ANOVA and Dunnett's test were employed to com- pare the seed setting rate (SSR) between CSSSLs and Guangluai 4 (P≤0. 001). Nine QTLs for seed setting rate distribu- ting on seven rice chromosomes were detected. Chromosome 1 and 3 had two QTLs while each of the others had only one. Of all, five QTLs were detected in two environments and other four QTLs were detected in one environment. All these QTLs from Nipponbare had negative additive effects ranging from - 7.47 to - 24.72, with additive effect percentages ranging from -7.98% to -25.67%.
