清热除痹方对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热除痹方的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠醋酸扭体实验及热板法实验观察清热除痹方的镇痛作用;采用小鼠毛细血管通透性实验及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验观察清热除痹方的抗炎作用。结果清热除痹方能减少醋酸刺激所致的小鼠扭体反应,提高热刺激痛阈值,抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及二甲苯所引起的耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)。结论清热除痹方具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To study the analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects of Qingre Chubi Recipe in mice. Methods The analgesia effect was observed by mice twisting model induced by ethanoic acid and the Hot-plate test. The anti-inflam- matory effect was investigated by xylene-indueed mice auricular swelling test and mice capillary permeability increase test caused by ethanoic acid. Results Qingre Chubi Recipe can significantly decrease the times of twisting response, increase pain threshold caused by thermal stimulation, inhibit the degree of auricular swelling and the permeability of the capillary （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Qingre Chubi Recipe has obvious analgesia and anti-inflammation effects in mice.
