372例高尿酸血症患者相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的观察高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的发病率及其相关危险因素。方法对2008-01/2013-01月在作者医院门诊体检的1873名患者进行回顾性分析,检出372例HUA患者作为HUA组,1501例尿酸正常者作为正常组,对肾功能、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、血压、血糖、血脂等多种危险因素进行比较。结果本研究中HUA的患病率为19.86%,HUA组伴发肾功能不全、痛风、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、肥胖(超重)和脂肪肝等疾病的患病率与正常组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。HUA组血清肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血糖、血脂、血压、BMI水平明显升高(P<0.05),HUA患病与性别有关,男性发病率高于女性(P<0.05)。结论HUA与肾功能不全、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、脂代谢紊乱密切相关,应控制相关危险因素,预防和减少HUA相关疾病及并发症发生。Objective To explore and analyze the incidence and related risk factors of 372 hyperuricemia （HUA） patients. Methods The materials of 1873 cases undergoing health examination in the authors＇ hospital between January 2008 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,among whom 372 HUA patients were as HUA group and 1501 cases with normal uric acid level were as the normal group. The renal function, body mass index （BMI）, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids and other risk factors between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The morbility of HUA in our study was 19.86 %. The incidences of renal dysfunction, gout, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, di abetes,obesity （overweight） and fatty liver disease in HUA group were significantly different compared with those of the normal group （P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum creatinine （Cr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure,and BMI in HUA group were significantly increased （P〈0. 05）. The incidence of HUA was related to gender, and the mobility of males was higher than that of females （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The incidence of HUA is closely related with renal insufficiency, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and lipid metabolism disorders which should be controlled to decrease the occurrence of HUA related disease and the complications.
