摘　　要：中国与东盟国家边民通婚较为普遍,但存在没有依法履行婚姻登记程序、外国妇女没有中国国籍、影响边境地区稳定等问题,需从开展普法宣传、加强流动人口监管、发展地方经济等方面解决非法跨国婚姻问题。Transnational marriages in border area between China and ASEAN countries are common. Some problems have arisen such as the fulfillment of legal procedures on marriage registration, China nationality status among foreign women, influencing the stability of border area, etc. Those problems arising from transnational marriages can be solved by carrying out relevant law-popularizing work, strengthening the supervision of migrating population, promoting development of local economy, etc.
