摘　　要：目的:了解航天中心医院门诊处方的质量和用药情况,提高处方质量和合理用药水平。方法:随机抽查我院2012年1月至12月的门诊处方共计1400张,依照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》进行处方点评。结果:我院2012年门诊处方平均金额为266.76元,处方平均用药品种数为2.26,抗菌药物、注射剂、国家基本药物的使用率依次为10.1%、13%、56%;不合理处方133张,占总处方数的9.5%,不合理处方主要以用药不适宜多见,占不合理处方数的84.21%。结论:为了保障患者用药安全、有效,提高医院合理用药水平,医院除了需要加强处方点评工作外,还需采取多项干预和整改措施。Objective：To investigate the quality and information of drug usage in outpatient prescriptions, improve the quality of prescription and rational drug use in Aero Space Center Hospital. Methods：A total of 1,400 prescriptions from January to December 2012 were randomly checked and the results were analyzed according to the Administrative Standard of Evaluating Hospital Prescriptions. Results：The mean consumption per prescription was 266.76 RMB; the mean number of drug was 2.26; the utilization rates of antibiotics; injections, national essential drugs were 10.1%, 13%; and 56% respectively; and the number of irrational prescription was 133 which account for 9.5%of total. Most irrational prescriptions were inappropriate drug use which proportion was 84.21% of irrational prescriptions. Conclusion： To ensure the safety and efficiency of prescription and improve rational drug use, we shoud not only strengthen prescription review work, but also make forceful interventions and corrective measures.
