摘　　要：采用正交实验 ,研究了乳化剂用量 ,阴非离子乳化剂用量之比 ,单体与乳化剂的初始比 ,总单体中苯乙烯与丙烯酸丁酯之比等因素对乳液粒子、乳液性质的影响 ,寻找了苯丙乳液的最佳配比 ,该乳液对马口铁有较好的附着力并减少了反应时间 ,加快了反应速度 .We studied some factors which have effect on emulsion particle and it's quantity through orthogonal experimentof emulsifier the ratio of anionic and non- ionic emulsifier.The initial ratio of emulsifier to monomer,the ratio of styrene to acrylic ester in total monomers were discussed.We found the best ratio of styrene/acrylic in the experiment.Accrete of tin and reduce hour and expedite speed.
