摘　　要：在工业生产中,针对有毒、腐蚀性、易燃、易爆和测量者不能直接接触的液体,提出一种镀膜长周期光纤光栅液体浓度传感器。本论文基于ARM微处理器为核心,完成传感器后端仪表的设计开发,尤其在煤矿井下乳化液浓度测量方面可实现测量范围宽、灵敏度高的在线检测。In industrial production.aiming at poisonous,corrosive flammable or explosive liquid and liquid that gaugers can＇t reach directly,this subject put forward a kind of coated long period fiber grating sensor.This paper completed the design and development of the back-end meter in the sensor based on ARM microprocessor to the core.Especially in coal mine emulsion concentration measurements,it can achieve online testing which has a wide measuring range and high sensitivity
