摘　　要：沈阳南部污水处理工程二沉池模板拆除后,发现出现较大面积蜂窝麻面、池壁裂缝、局部池壁钢筋和预应力钢绞线外漏,个别地方出现池壁通透等现象,经分析认为是由于操作不当、质量控制措施不严等原因造成的。针对不同类型的池壁缺陷,采用缺陷部位清理、模板安装控制、修补材料配置等措施修补后,进行预应力张拉,使池壁缺陷问题得到了解决。The secondary tank of ShenyangNanbuwastewater treatment plant existed cellular concrete, hemp face, cracks, as well as unbonded prestressed steel strand stretching out the wall.It was found that these problems were caused by incorrect operation and quality control measures. By clearing the disinfect face and model mounting correctly, we used unbonded prestressed steel strand stretching to slove these problems.
