山梅花杂交育种

摘  要:2008—2013年开展了山梅花属内植物种间杂交试验。结果表明,不同杂交组合的亲和性不同,试验的6个杂交组合均得到了发育正常的杂交种子,但结实率不同:其中以建德山梅花和京山梅花为母本的杂交组合,结实率分别达93.9%和91.2%;而以欧洲山梅花为母本的杂交组合,结实率最高为69%,最低为13.3%。山梅花属内植物种间杂交获得成功,杂种F1代苗木生长良好,性状变异较大,杂交优势明显。已获得3个杂交新品种,即"京欧山梅花"(Philadelphus pekinensis×Ph.coronarius‘Aureus’)、"欧庆山梅花"(Ph.coronarius‘Aureus’×Ph.galahad)、"欧京山梅花"(Ph.coronarius‘Aureus’×Ph.pekinensis)。Interspecific crossing experiments among Philadelphus spp.were conducted from 2008to 2013.Result shows that:the affinities of different cross combinations were different.Six hybrids produced normal F1hybrid seeds,but the seed-setting rate are different,among which the seed setting-rate of F1generation hybrid using Philadelphus sericanthus &Ph.pekinensis as the female parent are 93.9% &91.2%,respectively,indicating a high hybridization affinity;those for the F1generation hybrid using Ph.coronarius‘Aureus' as the female parent are 69% to 13.3%,indicating a low hybridization affinity.Successful interspecific hybridization of Philadelphus plants was obtained due to the optimal growth of hybrid F1generation,abundant variation in leaf color and strong heterosis. The three hybrid varieties(Philadelphus pekinensis×Ph.coronarius ‘Aureus',Ph.coronarius ‘Aureus' ×Ph. Galahad &Ph.coronarius‘Aureus' ×Ph.pekinensis)were obtained.
