摘  要:对影响大果无刺沙棘嫩枝扦插生根效果的部分因子进行了试验研究,旨在找出适合大果无刺沙棘扦插生根的扦插材料、扦插基质、扦插时期等。结果表明:在裸地扦插和沙盘扦插试验中,裸地扦插苗在地径、苗高、根系数量、根瘤数以及干物质分配比例等指标上均优于沙盘扦插苗;不同的插条部位、剪穗部位、切口形状对大果无刺沙棘嫩枝扦插的生根率和生根质量均有明显影响,其中,顶端插穗在生根率、根长、根系数量等指标上显著好于中部和基部插穗;在叶腋处剪穗的扦插生根效果好于在节间中部剪穗;马耳形切口的扦插生根效果要好于马蹄形和平面形状的切口。Partial factors of influencing rooting results of Hippophae rhamnoides were studied.Cutting material,cutting medium,cutting period which are suitable were aimed to identify.Result shows that:in the bare sand cuttings and cutting trials by using sandbox,the indices(ground diameter,seedling height,root numbers,nodule numbers & dry matter distribution ratio)of bare cutting seedlings are superior than that of cutting trials by using sandbox;different diameters,different cuttings,different cutting shapes have significant effects on rooting rate &rooting quality of Hippophae rhamnoides,among which the rooting rate,rooting length,rooting numbers of cuttages at the top are optimal than that of the middle &base of cuttings.Rooting rate of cuttings in the leaf axils ear is optimal than that in middle cut ear;effect of cuttings rooting with horse ear-shaped cut are optimal than that with horseshoe-shaped & flat cut.
