摘 要:为制备具有形貌平整、耐蚀性优异的无铬铝锌涂层,以合金粉代替金属混合粉,用硅烷AC-66与钼酸钠代替了铬酸盐,设计了4水平5因素正交试验,通过考察涂层耐蚀性,结合强度,微观组织和结构确定了最优配方。采用XRD和SEM研究了涂层的组织形貌及成分,观察了涂层的光泽度;采用盐雾试验测试涂层的耐盐雾性能;采用电化学方法研究了基体、Al20涂层的耐蚀性。结果表明,Al20合金涂层具有银灰色的金属光泽,且比混合粉涂层具有更优的耐蚀性。In order to prepare chromium-free zinc-aluminum coating with good appearance and excellent corrosion resistance, alloy powders were used to replace mixed metal powders, epoxy silane AC-66 combined with sodium molybdate were used to replace chromate, and 4-level 5-factor orthogonal tests were designed, and the optimal formula was finally determined by investigating the corrosion resistance, adhesion strength, microstructure and morphology. XRD and SEM were applied to test and analyze the morphology and ingredients of the coating, the glossiness was observed intuitively, the salt fog resistance of the coating was tested by salt spray test and the corrosion resistance of the substrate and A120 coating was tested by the electrochemical test. The results showed that the A120 coating with optimal formula had the silver gray metallic luster and exhibited excellent corrosion resistance.
