摘  要:人和动物体内的皮肤黑色素含量过多可引起雀斑、黄褐斑、老年斑等疾病。酪氨酸酶抑制剂就是通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性,从而抑制黑色素的形成。目前,从天然植物中寻找安全、有效的酪氨酸酶抑制剂已成为生物美白剂发展的重要研究方向,近年来已有仙人掌在美白净肤方面的疗效报道。江苏沿海开发已纳入国家发展战略。海涂是我国重要的土地后备资源,在海涂地上种植收获生物可以带走盐分、改良土壤,将增加大量的优质耕地。研究还表明,米邦塔仙人掌能够在江苏沿海滩涂生长,在盐碱土上种植物,通过施N、P肥可以缓解土壤盐分对植物的抑制作用,但这种效应对仙人掌美白功效代谢物的生物合成有多大影响尚缺乏研究。探讨利用海涂盐地,通过"以肥调盐"、"N-P耦合"等综合措施,研究仙人掌在盐胁迫下生物产量及次生代谢产物对酪氨酸酶抑制影响等若干科学问题,藉此进一步提高仙人掌的利用价值和发展海涂农业。Large amount of melanin existing human and animal bodies could cause diseases such as freckles,melasma,senile plaques,while the tyrosinase inhibitor regulates melanin synthesis through inhibition of tyrosinase activity.Nowadays,the approaches based on a safe and effective tyrosinase inhibitor in natural plants,have become the significant research on development in biological whitening agents.The efficacy of the whitening and cleaning efficacy in cactus have been reported recent years.Preliminary study also manifested that Opuntia milpa Alta could grow in Jiangsu coastal beach as well,which could alleviate the inhibitory effect of soil salinity on plant when being applied in nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer,however,till now,few investigations have focused on the influence of this effect on biosynthesis of targeted metabolites in cactus itself.Furthermore,along with the development of Jiangsu coastal areas as national strategy and the coastal land as the reserved land resource,it is of great significance to plant cactus on coastal areas to increase the high quality cultivated land to a large amount as it could take away salinity after harvest time.The project aims to investigate several scientific issues such as the cactus biomass and the influence of secondary metabolites on inhibition of tyrosinase activity through comprehensive measures using salt being regulated by fertilizer,nitrogen and phosphate coupling,which,in turn,plays an important role in further improving utilization value of cactus and developing agricultural industry in coastal land.
