摘 要:[目的]对不同枸杞嫩枝扦插苗成活生长进行对比研究。[方法]以14份枸杞嫩枝扦插苗为试材,研究同一温室条件下,不同品种及品系的枸杞成活率、生根数、根长、地径和高度等方面的差异。[结果]成活率和生根数最大的是蔓生枸杞和宁杞菜1号,根长最长的是黄果枸杞,地径和高度最大的是宁杞菜1号和宁杞7号,黑果枸杞各指标都较低,和其他品种有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]该方法研究了不同枸杞嫩枝扦插苗的生长状况,为枸杞的种质栽培提供了理论依据。[Objective] To compare the survival and growth of different wolfberry softwood cuttings.[Method] With 14 wolfberry softwood cuttings as test material,the differences of survival rate,rootings,root length,ground diameter and height of different varieties wolfberry under the same temperature were studied.[Result] The results showed that Trailing medlar and Ningqicai No.1 has the largest survival rate and roodngs,yellow fruit wolfberry has the longest root,Ningqicai No.1 and Ningqi No.7 has the biggest ground diameter and height,the indexes of black fruit wolfberry are all low,and has significant differences (P 〈0.05) with other varieties.[Conclusion] The method studied the growth status of different wolfberry softwood cuttings,which will provide theoretical basis for germplasm cultivation of wolfberry.
