摘 要:[目的]针对黄河兰州段的水质特点,分析混凝技术处理水中悬浮物及胶体等污染物的影响因素。[方法]采用单因素法研究混凝剂的选择、混凝剂的投加量、混凝剂的pH、搅拌时间、搅拌强度5个因素对降低水体中悬浮物及胶体的影响,并确定参数值。[结果]混凝剂的种类选择FeCl3,混凝剂的投加量为5.2 ml左右,混凝剂的pH为6.03左右,快速搅拌强度120 r/min,搅拌时间为9 min;中速搅拌强度100 r/min,搅拌时间为20 min;慢速搅拌强度50 r/min,搅拌时间为24 min。[结论]试验结果为探索兰州段黄河水最佳处理工艺条件提供依据,对污水处理厂、给水处理厂及各工矿企业各种水质中的悬浮物及胶体等污染物的处理有一定的参考价值与指导意义。[Objective] According to the water quality of Yellow River in Lanzhou,influencing factors for coagulation technology treating colloid and suspended solids pollutants in water were analyzed.[Method] With the method of single factor,effects of five factors,including coagulant selection,dosage and pH of coagulant,mixing time,mixing strength,on reducing suspended solids and colloids were studied,and the parameter values were determined.[Result] Choosing FeCl3 as coagulant,whose dosage is about 5.2 ml,pH 6.03,mixing strength is about 120 r/min,mixing time 9 min; At same time medium-speed mixing strength is 100 r/min with mixing time 20 min.Moreover slow mixing strength is 50 r/min with mixing time 24 min.[Conclusion] The results provide basis for exploring the optimum process conditions for treating water of the Yellow River in Lanzhou,which has certain reference value and guiding significance for treating all kinds of suspended solids and colloid pollutants in water from the sewage treatment plant,water treatment plants,various industrial and mining enterprises.
