摘 要:[目的]为北京市郊大棚蔬菜安全生产提供科学依据。[方法]采用单因子指数法和综合污染指数法,分析北京市郊4种大棚蔬菜样品中重金属残留,评价其质量状况。[结果]分析表明,北京市郊多数蔬菜样品的重金属含量都在评价标准范围内,个别区域Pb的单因子污染等级处于轻污染级和安全级。总体上,大部分蔬菜样品的综合污染等级属于安全级,个别区域蔬菜样品的综合污染等级已达到警戒级。[结论]研究区域内大棚蔬菜的重金属残留情况较为理想。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the scientific basis for the safety production of the greenhouse vegetables in Beijing suburb.[Method] Single factor index method and comprehensive pollution index method were adopted to evaluate the heavy metal pollution status in four kinds of greenhouse vegetable samples from Beijing suburb.[Result] The contents of four heavy metals in the most of vegetable samples were lower than the corresponding standard values.The single factor contaminant indexes of Pb in very few vegetable samples were light contamination level and safe level,respectively.Overall,the synthetic contaminant indexes of most vegetable samples belonged to the safety level,whereas very few vegetable samples belonged to the alert level.[Conclusion] The heavy metal residual of the greenhouse vegetables in these areas were still ideal.
