摘 要:采用陕西渭南市11个气象站1961~2010年的降雹资料、冰雹灾害资料和经济发展资料,基于ARCGIS平台,从冰雹的孕灾环境敏感性、致灾因子危险性、承灾体易损性、防灾减灾能力4个因子进行分析,形成了渭南市冰雹风险灾害区划。结果表明,渭南市冰雹灾害高敏感区在南北两端山地,冰雹灾害高危险区在白水和澄城,冰雹灾害的高易损区在澄城、合阳及韩城的西南部;渭南市冰雹灾害的防御能力自西北向东南递减,白水、富平和澄城的防灾减灾能力强;冰雹灾害的高风险区在澄城、合阳、白水和韩城的西南部、富平的北部。Based on the ARCG1S platfirm, the data of ! 1 county hail disaster and economical development from 1961 to 2010 were adopted to analyze envirunmenl sensibility of disaster-pregnancy and disaster-caused risk factor and vulnerability of loader disaster and the ability of disas- ter prevention and reduction, and formed the risk regionalization of hail disaster in Weinan City in Shaanxi Province. The result showed that the hail disaster highest sensitive area in the section of north and south, the highest danger zone in Baishui and Chengcheng County, the high vnlner- able zone in the region of Chengcheng and Heyang and southwest of Hancheng. The ability of defense hail in Baishui, Fuping anti Chengcheng were stronger, the hail disaster highest risk region in Chengcheng, Baishui, Heyang and southwest of Haneheng and north of Fuping.
