摘　　要：目的 探讨护理干预在女性患者脐周注射诺雷德中的实施效果.方法 选择我科2012年10月至2013年10月共100例脐周注射诺雷德的女性患者,随机分为两组,对照组50例按传统方法进行注射,观察组50例注射前后实施护理干预,包括对操作者进行理论知识和技术培训;注射前与患者进行亲切沟通,心理疏导等;注射中实施谈心式操作,健康教育融于谈话中;注射后进行电话随访及亲情护理等方法.比较两种方法的实施效果以及对女性患者生活质量的影响.结果 观察组患者遵医治疗情况及心理舒适度高于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组注射时疼痛程度及注射后不良反应少于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 在女性患者脐周注射诺雷德中实施优质护理干预,能减少患者心理不适,提高生活质量和治疗效果.Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in woman patients with navel around zoladex jinjection.Methods We chose 100 women patients with injection zoladex around navel in my department from October 2012 to October 2013,randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of control group used traditional injection way,50 cases of study group implemented nursing intervention around injection,including master techniques and knowledge to operator; kind communication and psychological counseling with patients before injection; injecting with talking and health education; telephone follow-up and affectional nursing after injection.The effects were compared between two groups as well as the influence to quality of life of woman patients.Results There was statistical significant difference in two groups,study group was higher in compiance and mental comfort （P ＜ 0.05）,lower rate of pain by injection and adverse reaction after injection （P ＜ 0.01） than control group.Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for zoladex injection around navel to woman patients can reduce their mental discomfort and enhance their quality of life and the treatment effect.
