摘　　要：目的 探讨流动人口有效避孕方法落实的相关因素.方法 于2010年11月至2012年12月,在新会区的计划生育服务中心,随机抽取流动人口妇女就有效避孕方法落实的相关因素进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷2969份.结果 流动人口避孕方法的选择落实为：宫内节育器（48.5％）、女性绝育术（26.7％）以及避孕套（16.6％）;流动人口人群所期望得到的计生育服务分别为：避孕方法的详细指导（33％）、诊治妇科疾病（55.5％）、性知识指导教育（55.4％）.结论 需要在我区建立起流动人口计划生育和生殖健康服务管理的各种测评体系,确保基层流动人口的计划生育和生殖健康服务工作真正落到实处.Objectiye To explore the related factors of implementation of effective contraceptive methods among the floating population.Methods Migrant women in Xinhui district from November 2010 to December 2012 were randomly selected to fill in questionnaires about the implementation of effective contraceptive method.We collected 2969 valid questionnaires for analysis.Results The implementation of contraceptive method among the floating population was：IUD （48.5％）,female sterilization （26.7％） and condom （16.6％）; the most desired family planning services included the guidance of sexual knowledge （55.4％）,the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases （55.5％） and the detailed guidance of contraceptive methods （33％）.Conclusion To ensure the implementation of family planning and reproductive health services in grassroots migrants,we should establish various evaluation systems.
