山东地方绵羊品种血液蛋白质多态性研究

摘　　要：本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对山东省 4个地方绵羊品种的血红蛋白 (Hb)及血清转铁蛋白 (Tf)座位多态性进行了分析。结果表明 ,山东 4个地方绵羊品种Hb座位均含有两种基因HbA和HbB,HbB 为优势基因 ,组成 3种表现型HbAA、HbBB和HbAB ;Tf座位共含有 5种等位基因 ,TfB、Tfc 为共有的优势基因 ,小尾寒羊TfD 为最优势基因 ,山地绵羊和大尾寒羊的TfA 亦具有较高的基因频率 ,共组成 1This study analysed blood protein polymorphism by means of vertical polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis for detecting the gene freguencies of Haemcglobin(Hb) and serum Transferrin (Tf) in four shandong local sheep breeds. The result revealed that there are tow alleles Hb A and Hb B, Hb B is the superior gene, they consist three phenotypes HbAA、HbBB、HbAB.There are five alleles of Tf.Tf B、Tf C are preponderance genes, except that Tf D is the superior gene of Small tailed han sheep, Tf Afrequency is also high of Shan di sheep and Large tailed han sheep. They consist fourteen Tf phenotypes.
