摘　　要：在人们高呼中国外贸全球第一的时候，务必注意一个事实：中国庞大的外贸增长额，很大程度上有虚假贸易的成分。据研究机构GFI的计算，2013年全年共有接近1000亿美元热钱通过伪造发票潜入中国。这些资金与美联储的QE直接相关，进入中国后流向高息贷款、房地产等领域。While people hail for China ranking first in global trading,we have to notice the fact that the huge increase in foreign trade may have false component. Money is like water. It flows to the profits. As the interest gap is quite big between China and US, it is natural that foreign trade becomes the arbitrage channel of financial assets.
