摘  要:目的 观察热性惊厥(febrile convulsion,FC)患儿惊厥后血清S-100β蛋白水平,了解FC不同发作形式脑损伤情况.方法 选择2012年10月至2013年4月在我院就诊的90例FC患儿作为实验组,另选择同期同年龄段上呼吸道感染患儿60例作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)监测血清S-100β蛋白.结果 复杂性FC及首次发作年龄≤15月者血清S-100β蛋白浓度水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 复杂性FC及小年龄发作者血清S-100β蛋白水平明显升高,存在不同程度的脑损伤,鉴于FC,尤其是复杂性FC及首次发作年龄≤15月者发作后脑损伤的存在,故临床上要尽快减少FC发作时间和频率,同时给予适当的脑保护剂治疗以减少神经系统后遗症的发生.Objective To understand the brain damage caused by different types of febrile convulsion (FC) detecting the serum levels of S100 β protein in children with FC after the episodes of convulsion.Methods Ninety children with FC were selected as an experimental group,who were hospitalized into our hospital from October 1st,2012 to April 30th,2013.At the same period,sixty children with upper respiratory tract infection were chose as a control group.The serum level of S100β protein was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The levels of serum S100β protein were statistically higher in the children with complex FC and in the children who were younger than 15-month-old than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions The children with complex FC and in young age have high level of serum S100 β protein,indicating they have different degree brain damage.To prevent nervous system sequelae,the onset time of FC should be shortened,the frequency of FC should be lowered,and neuroprotectants should be administrated.
