预约时心理干预对子宫输卵管造影患者焦虑的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨预约时心理干预对子宫输卵管造影患者焦虑的影响.方法 将200例子宫输卵管造影患者分为观察组和对照组各100例.对照组给予造影检查流程指引和常规心理护理,观察组在此基础上实施系统针对性心理干预.在预约时和检查后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）测评两组患者的焦虑程度,同时调查两组造影患者对预约工作人员的满意度.结果 干预前两组患者比较,SAS评定分均无明显差异（P＞0.05）,干预后两组患者的SAS评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）,组内比较：干预后观察组的SAS评分较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.干预后观察组的患者对预约检查的工作人员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）结论 预约时系统针对性的心理干预能有效缓解子宫输卵管造影患者的焦虑情绪,保证检查顺利进行.Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention while making appointment on the anxiety state of the patients undergoing hysterosalpingography（HSG）.Methods 200 patients undergoing HSG were randomly divided into an observation group （100 cases） and a control group （100 cases）.The control group was given routine guidance of HSG and conventional psychological nursing.In addition,the observation group was given corresponding psychological intervention.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） was used to assess the anxiety state of the patients when they made HSG appointment and after the examination.Satisfaction survey was conducted in both groups.Results There was no statistical difference in SAS score between the observation group and the control group before HSG （P ＞ 0.05）.However,the SAS score was statistically lower in the observation group than in the control group after HSG （P ＜ 0.05）.The SAS score was lower after the examination than that when making the appointment in the observation group.The satisfaction degree was statistically higher in the observation group than in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Corresponding psychological intervention can improve the anxiety state when patients make HSG appointment and guarantee the examination being carried out smoothly.
