摘 要:采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)并辅以能谱仪(EDS),系统分析了用电解铝液生产的1235铝合金双零铝箔铸轧坯料的显微组织及第二相的形态、化学组成情况。结果显示,铸轧坯料的轧面组织多为细小的等轴晶,纵截面呈纤维状结构,且纤维组织的形态沿中心呈近似对称分布;合金中针片状的二元相为Al-Fe相,明亮的圆盘状和细小弥散的第二相为轧制过程中被破碎的α-AlFeSi相,棒状相则为三元的β-AlFeSi相。The microstructure, the second phase form and compositions of cast rolling 1235 light gauge aluminum foil produced by electrolytic aluminum liquid were investigated by OM, SEM, TEM and EDS. The results showed that most rolling surface was made up of fine equi- axed grains, the fiber structure presented on the longitudinal section, and it showed approxi- mately symmetric distribution along the center line. In the alloy, the flake-shaped binary phase is composed of A1-Fe phase, the bright disc-shaped and small dispersed binary phases are αA1FeSi phases crushed by rolling, and the rod-like ternary phase is β-A1FeSi phase.
