摘　　要：通过对农业可持续发展的必然性进行多角度的定性分析 ,认为农业可持续发展是我国农业完成“三大任务”的需要 ,是我国农业顺应经济发展“三大趋势”的需要 ,是我国农业迎接“三大挑战”的需要 ,是我国农业克服“五低矛盾”的需要 ,是我国协调区域间农业资源利用关系的需要。从而得出实行可持续发展是我国农业实现现代化的必然选择的结论。This thesis has adapted qualitative analysis in different angles to an alysing the inevitability of practising agricultural sustainable development in China.The thesis has thought that practising agricultural sustainable development in China was the necessity of implementing agricultural three tasks, was the necessity of agriculture complying with economic development three tendencies, was the necessity of agriculture meeting three challenges, was the necessity of agriculture overcoming five low conflicts, was the necessity of harmonizing different areas agricultural resource using. From the above, the article has drawn a conclusion of that practising sustainable development was the inexorable selection to fulfill the agricultural modernization.
