天津市民低碳建筑意识与相关行为的调查分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查的方式得到天津市民在低碳建筑概念认知、旧房改造与低碳建筑购买相关行为的数据,分析得出天津市民低碳建筑意识与行为的相关特点与阻碍因素,发现存在:市民对低碳建筑概念认识有偏差,缺少对相关政策的了解,中青年人购买低碳建筑动力不足以及对低碳建筑技术与认证不放心等问题。本调查在问题的基础上提出了相关的宣传与推动发展的建议。Through questionnaire survey in Tianjin city, the investigation collects data of citizens’ awareness and behaviors related to the concept of low carbon building, the retrofit of existing buildings to energy-efficient ones as well as the purchase of low carbon housing. The analysis sheds light on the characteristics of citizens awareness and behaviors of low carbon buildings at the same time points out the obstacles which hinder the development of low carbon building. The citizens have biased recognize of the concept, they lack the knowledge of relevant policies, the middle age or young people are not motived to buy low carbon housing and many people take a sceptical attitude toward low carbon technology and certification. Base on the findings, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the low-carbon building development and public awareness.
