摘  要:进一步加强和改进大学生道德教育,增强高校德育实效性,需要进一步创新道德教育理念,妥善处理高校德育过程中教师与学生的关系。道德教育作为一种特殊的教育实践活动,主客体这一对范畴是其过程中最基本的逻辑起点,正确处理二者关系能够从根本上找到提高德育实效性的办法。这就意味着在德育过程中,绝不能把学生的"主体性"当成道德教育的前提,而是必须把学生道德主体性的养成作为过程、作为目的来看,使之贯穿于德育活动过程的始终,只有从这一理念出发才能够进一步加强和改进大学生道德教育。To further enhance and improve the moral education of college students, and to strengthen its pragmaticality, more innovation is needed in terms of the concept of moral education and more appropriateness is acquired in regard to the better dealing of the relations between college professors and students. Moral education, as a special education practice, the concepts of subjective and objective bodies of which are the most fundamental starting points of the whole process. The way of improving the pragmaticality of moral education will fundamentally reveal itself through the proper dealing of the relation between those two concepts. That is to say, during the process of moral education, students’ subjectivity cannot be regarded as the prerequisite;instead, the cultivation of students’ moral subjectivity should be taken as a goal and carry it throughout the whole process of moral education. Only in this way, can the moral education of college students be truly enhanced.
