摘　　要：蔡小荪教授认为,"宿瘀内结"是子宫内膜异位症不孕的主要病机,提出以活血化瘀为主的治疗原则,适时结合补肾周期疗法。并总结其治疗本病的经验特色在于通因通用、以通促孕;辨期辨病、中西合璧;用药灵活、轻重自如;注重情志、顾护脾胃。Prof. CAI Xiaosun considers that stasis binding internally is the main pathogenesis of infertility caused by endometriosis, and proposes blood-quickening stasis-transforming therapeutic principle combined with kidney sup- plementing-cycle therapy. Prof. CAI＇s experiences are treating the unstopped by unstopping, identifying diseases, combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, using drug flexibly, paying attention to emotions and protecting the stomach.
