肺癌的中医药维持治疗思路

摘　　要：随着现代化学治疗模式在肿瘤治疗领域的不断发展,维持治疗越来越受到重视,但也存在毒副作用较多、过度治疗、费用偏高等弊端。中医药在长期稳定瘤体,防止复发转移,改善远期生存率等方面具有优势。朴炳奎教授采用益气养阴清肺、化痰祛瘀散结、清热解毒通络等法,结合肺癌的中医辨证分型及病情发展特点,拟定了益气养阴、清热解毒为主的肺瘤平Ⅰ号方和益气养阴、活血化瘀、解毒抗癌为主的肺瘤平Ⅱ号方用于肺癌的维持治疗。The maintenance therapy is valued with the development of modern chemotherapy in cancer treatment, but there are still some defects such as side effects, over-treatment and high costs. Chinese medicine has advantages in stabling the tumor, preventing recurrence, and improving long-term survival. Dr. PIAO Bingkui has developed Feiliuping I Formula and Feiliuping H Formula for the maintenance treatment of lung cancer with qi-supplementing yin-nourishing lung-cleating method, phlegm-transforming, stasis-dispelling and bind-dissipating method and heatcleating, toxin-resolving and network vessels-freeing method based on traditional Chinese medicine pattern identification.
