摘 要:传统的单管多层注聚工艺所采用的井下配水器在产生节流压差的同时,聚合物溶液剪切降解严重,对注聚效果产生不良影响。为此,开发了海上油田单管多层注聚工艺技术。该工艺的井下管柱包括液压保护阀、侧过油管锚、液控封隔器、聚合物低剪切配注器及单流阀等工具。该工艺洗井通道大,可实现大排量洗井,不易堵塞,配注器出口设计了防返吐机构,可防止地层返吐物进入配注器。现场应用结果表明,该工艺的作业成功率达到100%,投劳成功率100%,分层压差调节范围达3 MPa,改善了区块的开发效果。The downhole water allocator adopted by traditional single-string multilayer polymer injection technol- ogy may bring about serious shear degradation of polymer solution as well as choke pressure difference, which has bad influence on polymer injection effect. Therefore, single-string multilayer polymer injection technology for off- shore oilfields was developed. The downhole string for the technology includes hydraulic protection valve, side tub- ing anchor, hydraulic control packer, polymer low-shear injection allocator and check valve. The technology has a large well-flushing channel, enabling the achievement of large displacement well flushing. It is not easy to block. The anti-backflow mechanism is designed for the allocator outlet, which can prevent backflow substance from entering the allocator. The field application shows that the success rate of the technology reaches 100% , the running and pulling success rate also reaches 100% , and the regulation range of separate layer pressure difference reaches 3 MPa. As a result, the development effect of the oilfield block has been improved.
