摘 要:变形套管经冲击整形后套管内存在残余应力,为了真实模拟套管冲击整形过程,探讨套管整形修复尺寸界限,采用ANSYS软件建立了变形套管冲击整形非线性接触三维有限元模型。以P110钢级、壁厚12.65 mm的177.8 mm(7 in)套管为例,分别对不考虑套管残余应力和考虑套管残余应力2种情况进行研究。研究结果表明,考虑残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限比不考虑套管残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限减小了4 mm,且考虑残余应力的套管整形修复尺寸界限与试验结果更接近。该研究结果为套管整形修复技术提供了理论参考,对于现场套管整形修复作业有一定的理论指导意义。There is residual stress within the deformed casing after impact shaping. To simulate the real impact shaping process of the casing and explore the repair dimension boundary in casing shaping, the ANSYS software was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the nonlinear contact of deformed casing impact sha- ping. By taking φ177.8 mm (7 in) P110 steel grade casing of 12.65 mm wall thickness as an example, research was conducted considering casing residual stress and without considering casing residual stress. The research find- ings show that the casing shaping repair dimension boundary considering casing residual stress is reduced by 4 mm, compared with the boundary without considering casing residual stress. Moreover, it is closer to the test result. The research achievement provides a theoretical reference for the technology of casing shaping repair. It can serve as a guide to the field casing shaping repair operation.
