摘  要:分层注水管柱配有配水器和封隔器等小通径井下工具,在带压作业起钻前需多次投送油管堵塞工具分段封堵油管,导致施工工艺复杂及封堵成功率低等问题,为此设计了分层注水带压作业工艺管柱及配套工具。介绍了该工艺管柱的结构、工作原理及技术特点,同时论述了配套工具多功能双作用阀、预置工作筒及堵塞器的结构原理,并给出了主要技术参数。现场应用结果表明,分层注水带压作业管柱在满足分层注水工艺要求的同时,解决了带压作业下钻油管封堵问题,并为再次带压作业过小通径井下工具封堵油管提供了便利条件,提高了施工效率,节约了施工费用,具有良好的推广前景。The layered injection string is equipped with small-diameter downhole tools, such as water allocator and packer. It is necessary to deliver tubing blocking tools for multistage tubing plugging before snubbing operation tripping. As a result, the field operating technology is complex and the plugging success rate is low. Therefore, the layered injection snubbing operation technological string and its matching tool were designed. The structure, operat- ing principle and technological feature of the string were introduced. Meanwhile, the structural principle of the matching tool, namely the multifunctional double-acting valve, preset operating cylinder and blanking plug, was described. The main technological parameters were obtained. The field application shows that the string can not only satisfy the requirement of separate layer injection technology, but also solve the problem of tubing plugging in snub- bing operation. It provides the convenient conditions for small-diameter downhole tools to conduct tubing plugging in subsequent snubbing operations, improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction costs.
