摘  要:当滑套尺寸太小不能让连续管通过时,原连续管冲砂工艺无法解堵。为此,设计了连续管喷砂射孔解堵新工艺。通过开发小型喷射工具使之可以由连续管输送并通过多级滑套进行油管内的喷砂射孔,以建立新的循环通道;通过完善施工工艺和优化施工参数,可以实现多段射孔。在苏里格气田的应用结果表明,采用连续管喷砂射孔解堵新工艺可以射穿堵塞管柱直接投产或完成后续作业,也可以在压裂管柱中进行补充射孔改善压裂效果;喷射工具短小紧凑的特点保证了其优良的通过性能;使用高目数的石英砂,合理控制喷射速度和用砂量等参数,可使喷射工具喷嘴寿命达5段以上。When the size of sliding sleeve prevents coiled tubing from passing, the original coiled tubing sand flushing technology cannot remove plugging. Therefore, a new type of coiled tubing sandblast perforation plugging removal technology was designed. The small jet tool was developed. It can be transported by coiled tubing, passing through multistage sliding sleeve to conduct sandblast perforation within tubing so that the new circulating channel can be built. Multistage perforation can be achieved by perfecting operating technology and optimizing constructing parameters. The application in Sulige Gasfield shows that adoption of coiled tubing sandblast plugging removal tech- nology can help perforate through the plugged string to put into production directly or to complete subsequent opera- tions. It can also conduct additional perforation in fracturing string in order to improve the fracturing effect. The jet tool is short, small and compact, which ensures its excellent passage capacity. Use of a high-mesh quartz sand and proper control of jet velocity and sand amount can improve the service life of the tool' s nozzle effectively.
