摘  要:临盘采油厂现有小套管井224口,小套管井受小井眼尺寸的限制,杆管泵举升配套工艺在生产中暴露出偏磨、提液及分层开采问题。为此,采油厂总结出了"四小"机采配套技术,并在此基础上对偏磨、提液及分层开采技术进行了攻关,形成了小井眼防偏磨工艺技术系列、不同规格小井眼井提液工艺技术系列以及127.0 mm以下不同规格小井眼封层工艺技术系列。设计加工的56.0、70.0 mm小井眼配套管式泵及配套脱接器、泄油器解决了101.6和114.3 mm套管井的提液问题;小井眼封层工艺先后在98.4、101.6和114.3 mm套管井上进行封层应用试验,措施有效率达到100%,取得了较好的增油效果。At present Linpan Oil Production Pant has 224 slim-hole casing wells. There are problems with sup- porting technology for rod pump lifting, such as eccentric wear, liquid extract and separate layer recovery. Therefore, the plant has summarized the supporting technology which uses "four small" devices, namely small tube, small rod, small pump and small coupling. On the basis of this, research focused on eccentric wear, extract and separate layer production technology. As a result, three technological series were formed, including slim-hole anti-eccentric wear technological series, extract technological series for slim holes of different specifica- tions and layer isolation technological series for slim holes of different specifications below φ127.0 mm. The matc- hing φ56.0 mm and φ70. 0 mm tubing pump for slim holes as well as the matching connecting-tripping device and oil drain device solve the extract problem with casing wells of φ101.6 mm and φ114.3 mm. Slim hole layer isolation technology conducted the layer isolation test in casing wells of φ98.4 mm, 0101.6 mm and φ114.3 mm respective- ly. The efficiency rate reaches 100%, achieving desirable oil increment effects.
